NEW RESTAURANT OPENING SOON 

We are currently creating a whole new menu to offer you a selection of both local and ethically sourced food, to excite and delight your palate. At FEV, delicious, nutritious food is our passion.

The menu is created primarily around what we can provide here from the finca. This includes milk from our own cows, eggs from our chickens, and fruit, salad and vegetables from our garden. And of course our own delicious organic coffee.

We don't use any pesticides or artificially enhancing chemicals. All of our food is as pure and natural as can be, grown in near perfect conditions with fresh air, rich nutritious soil and pure mountain rainwater.

What we cannot provide for ourselves (yet) we source as locally and organically as possible. We believe in supporting the local community and businesses as much as we can.

We are of course very proud of our certified mountain spring water, so make sure to fill up your bottle before departing.
